D`s Island Grill in Tucson

Omg this place is unreal. Got the veggie dish, rice n beans is great but the marinated cabbage is out of this world omg.

My experience was less than what others had experienced. I ordered online. When I got to the restaurant the prices were more expensive than the menu online. I mentioned it and all they said was "yeah, we need to fix that".The food was OK, but nothing special. This is chicken, bones and all, you and I could cook at home and spread BBQ sauce on. The veggies were kinda' cold. Again not too bad but nothing special. I will note that I stopped eating before I ate everything because it tasted a little funky. Sure enough, I paid the price the next day in the bathroom. ;>They seem very nice and they are close to me so I hope they get there act together.

This place is great! Very delicious goat curry, jerk chicken, and plantains. Not to mention great service! Support black-owned businesses in Tucson!

Ordered via Grubhub. Food was hot and DELICIOUS. Perfect spicing. One of my new faves.

Was in Tuscon for the day. We ordered the Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken, Jerk Burger and the Beef Patties. The food was delicious, serving size was plentiful. We have never had Jamaican food before, but now it's one of favorites. The services was outstanding, friendly and welcoming, Whenever we are in Tuscon we will definitely be back to eat at D's Island Grill.
